Extreme Temperature Thermocouple - Excalibur

The Excalibur thermocouple for high temperature combustion has been manufactured for more than 10 years, and ECEFast has done significant development on the manufacturing process and materials of construction. All orders are customs built and expected lead time is 5-10 days for up to 50 pieces. Because of the tooling requirements, we supply 18mm  as standard size, but other sizes are possible. The sheath is cold swaged closed at the tip and reduced in OD to exclude air from the thermoelements, this process means that not all sheath materials can be used. Recent tests have seen a sample batch of 10 pieces with more than half still in service after 16 months continuous use at 1150°C.
