The ECEFast CH-ST9212B is a low cost, but rugged pocket "pen style" digital thermometer. It has a 97mm x 3mm pointed stainless steel probe & waterproof construction. It is suitable for food safety programs & process temperature testing at lower temperatures.

Using NATA certified test equipment, our Technical Center certifies these thermometers over the required range for HACCP and Food Safety according to Australian Food Authority requirements - this version -FOOD comes complete with certificate.
