The TCT303 represents excellent value for money with contact & non contact thermometers in one handy 25 x 40 x 156mm package. It is very easy to use, & the SS 3mm diameter probe folds away for safety when not in use. Infrared can be used to scan many readings & any problems that are identified can be checked immediately with the contact probe.

The unit is waterproof, and suits use in a working kitchen. Accuracy is suitable for applications in Food Safety programs, although we always recommend to check critical temperatures with the contact probe if problems are detected with Infra Red.
